CONTACT

We’re not an agency.
We’re so much more.

We are a creative studio, a founder’s cooperative, and a space to gather. We build bold brands, encourage brave ideas, and throw a damn good party while we’re at it.

WORK WITH US

Founder’s Cooperative

CHARM SCHOOL

Our reimagined approach to business incubation, rooted in reciprocity.

We partner with early-stage, underrepresented business founders to receive a full creative partnership. In exchange, we agree on a shared success benchmark. Once their business starts earning, a portion of that revenue is paid back into the cooperative fund, fueling support for the next founder. And the next. And the next.

It’s a sustainable, pay-it-forward loop of creative equity, designed to open doors for underrepresented founders and build long-term community wealth.

We support our Founder’s Cooperative Members with:

  1. Brand strategy, identity, and other creative needs

  2. Business mentoring & fundraising support

  3. Use of The Garden co-working space

  4. Connecting them to a network of business leaders and vendors

Cinthya is a curious soul at heart, always drawn to the challenge of creating design that is meaningful and authentic. She searches for the essential roots of each project, believing the design process should be intuitive—when the right inputs come together, they create seamless solutions that feel effortless and natural.

Her multicultural background allows her to create innovative designs that challenge conventional thinking and resonate across diverse audiences. She believes design should be powerful yet approachable, bringing clear ideas to life in ways that are available to all. This philosophy guides her toward the best solution for each unique challenge.

Her work spans the full spectrum of brand development—from initial concept to final pixel—across a variety of industries. She has collaborated with clients including Cotopaxi, Fender, Esquire Mexico & Latinoamerica, Sundance Catalog, Grand and Little America Hotels, Backcountry, Nike, Sonic, Intel, Verizon, 1800 Contacts, DC Shoes, and Crucial Learning.

Kate brings the vibes and champions fellow artists, creators, and dreamers.

She’s a seasoned creative leader with a twenty-year track record of turning ambitious ideas into beautifully executed work. From global giants like Sephora, Nike, Google, and Apple to emerging brands like Babe Original and Crucial Learning, Kate makes sure the work works—and that the process feels good, too.

She swears by a mix of intuition, strategy, and a little bit of magic to make brand moments feel intentional, human, and full of spark. She’s especially passionate about collaborating with women-led, BIPOC-owned, and LGBTQIA+ brands that are shaping culture on their own terms.

And she’s a firm believer that kindness is a superpower—both in business and in life.

Let’s do-si-do.
